By making a reservation, you understand that Mathuraavrindavantour provides an online platform for scheduling services and products. Mathuraavrindavantour has no responsibility for the fulfillment or performance of these bookings; instead, the burden of obligation is on the relevant travel agent and/or service provider. Therefore, you and your travel agent or service provider, as applicable, have the final agreement of service. In this regard, you acknowledge the below as well:

• Mathuraavrindavantour accepts all responsibility for the standard of services provided by individual service providers.
• Regarding the level of service or functionality as stated, Mathuraavrindavantour makes no assurances.
• Mathuraavrindavantour does not imply the accessibility of any services stated by a travel agent or service provider

Booking & Pricing

Despite the fact that we make every effort to verify that the information provided on our website is correct and current, mistakes can nonetheless happen. Before booking , please check the details and pricing with us.

You ensure that 1) you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal right to sign a legally binding obligation; 2) you understand and agree to all of the terms presented below; and 3) all of the data you provide for the intent of that booking is accurate, true, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge by making reservations for travel on our website, with one of our agents, or in any other way using any travel services provided by Friendly Planet.

You are considered the chosen point of contact for any other passengers you book besides yourself. Additionally, you are responsible for paying for your reservation in full, informing us of any modifications or cancellations, and keeping the other passengers informed on every relevant detail.

A confirmation message with a link to a secure traveler registration form will be sent to you once your reservation is completed. This form must be filled out within five days after booking for the vast majority of packages. If you can't finish it in this amount of time, please let us know; else, your reservation can be canceled.

After one to two business days of receiving your reservation and money, we will confirm that all of the parts are available and give you an email with a confirmation. We will notify you and provide you the option to change your reservation or reschedule and get your money back if any of the options or parts you chose are unavailable.

These terms and conditions are founded on the data that was available at the time of publication. Due to uncontrollable situations or occurrences, Mathuraavrindavantour maintains the right to change any information before or after the tour is booked. If we or any of our staff members are aware of an alteration in advance, we will send an email or SMS to the customer or guests informing them of the change.
